Booking with Solmare Grand
Bookings & Reservations
All bookings made through Solmare Grand are treated as requests until confirmed in writing by our reservations team. A reservation is only guaranteed once you have received a written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
Rates & Payment
Rates are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to applicable Maldivian taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise. No payment is taken at the point of enquiry; payment terms and deposit requirements will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Amendments
Cancellation and amendment terms vary by rate and package and will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation. We kindly ask that any changes are communicated to us as early as possible so we may assist you.
Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out can be requested in advance and are subject to availability; charges may occasionally apply.
On the Island
Gulhi is an inhabited local island. Guests are kindly asked to respect local customs and culture, including modest dress when moving through the village away from the designated tourist beach. Your cooperation helps preserve the warmth of island life for everyone.
Liability
Solmare Grand takes great care to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. We are not liable for loss, damage or injury arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, sea conditions and third-party transfer providers. Guests participate in excursions and watersports at their own risk.
